Hi Guys,
I started this because it seems that we are all in some sort of fitness/diet zone and perhaps we can have a joint blog to track our progress.

This is the list of foods that my trainer and I came up with. I bought pretty much everything listed. I bought some other things too that go against the “no corn syrup” rule. But hey… they’re low in sugar! :x
