Group Food/Fitness Log

Hi Guys,
I started this because it seems that we are all in some sort of fitness/diet zone and perhaps we can have a joint blog to track our progress.

  • Having a good day. I pumped it at the gym with the trainer and then did some elliptical and ran a little. I got some london broil and it’s marinading and now I am at a coffee shop doing thesis work and eating this GORGEOUS delicious salad. It’s perfection, I am pleased. I usually hate going to this coffee shop because everything takes soooooo long and the coffee is bleh, but I am now becoming a convert.

I hope your days are also pumping it up.
