ok so i am on day 10 of making the cut
and i am feeling a little ill. Good thing today is my day off at the gym. Although yesterday I felt better after I pumped it, so maybe that is not a good thing. I had forgotten to look at this blog because it wasn’t coming up on my dashboard.
I realized that in order to keep fitness as a regular part of my life I need goals.
I do well with goals. I had this realization upon reflection of my life. So that means that I just have to always develop the next goal.
Current goal is going well. I have been logging my food intake daily and eating between 1400-1500 calories daily. Trying to eat around 1000mg of sodium and succeeding mostly and following jillian’s workouts.
Also drinking 3 liters of water a day when working out and 2 if not and an extra 12 ounces of water when I drink a caffinated beverage.
I feel stronger and enjoy being sore.
When I am done with this goal I will start training for my half marathon. I am pumped about that! I can’t wait to decide where I am going to run. :)
I am planning on keeping with THE CUT ala no alcohol and 1500 calories during thanksgiving by eating green beans and turkey and brussel sprouts and a little stuffing and calling it a day. I think it will work out just fine.
