Group Food/Fitness Log

Hi Guys,
I started this because it seems that we are all in some sort of fitness/diet zone and perhaps we can have a joint blog to track our progress.

  • check out my awesome shorts! i think they were aviva’s in college but i saved them. big time.
now i am going to do the 30 day shred because the remote control arrived.
UPDATE: i did the shred, it was HARD! i thought i wouldn’t have a hard time with it due to all of my recent trainings but i was burning! day 1- check. so the goal is to do level 1 for 10 days, then level 2 for 10 days and then 3 for 10 days at which point i will be shredded and sculpted. watch out.
