Group Food/Fitness Log

Hi Guys,
I started this because it seems that we are all in some sort of fitness/diet zone and perhaps we can have a joint blog to track our progress.

  • i made the mistake of weighing myself yesterday morning and this morning. Not only did I not lose any weight in this 24 time period but I may have gained 1.5 pounds.

    When will I learn to resist the drive to see evidence of progress instantaneously when I want it?  I am happy that I am working out and making that a priority and my body has definitely changed for the better.  And I am in the swing of things.  I have to remember that this is a process!
