Hi Guys,
I started this because it seems that we are all in some sort of fitness/diet zone and perhaps we can have a joint blog to track our progress.

    the body is a mysterious thing and we can’t understand why it sometimes gains and sometimes loses.

    also- aliya it could be muscles. i am not kidding.

    it’s a process. i still have my 2 lbs from yesterday sitting on my scale.
